Wilma Lewis to Deliver Penn State Law Commencement Address
Wilma A. Lewis of the U.S. District Court of the Virgin Islands will deliver the commencement address for Penn State Law School on May 12.
Chief Judge Lewis was appointed to the court in 2011and is the first woman to serve as a federal district court judge in the U.S. Virgin Islands. She has been chief judge since August 2013.
