Thomas Leatherbury Appointed to Texas Access to Justice Commission

Thomas S. Leatherbury has been appointed to the Texas Access to Justice Commission for a three-year term. The Commission is charged with developing and implementing initiatives designed to expand access to justice in civil legal matters for low-income Texans. Leatherbury joins ALI member Harry M. Reasoner of Vinson & Elkins, Chair of the Commission for over a decade.
Leatherbury is an Adviser for the Restatement Third of Torts: Defamation and Privacy project. He currently serves as President of the Texas Supreme Court Historical Society and as a Council Member of the State Bar of Texas Appellate Section.
