On Nov. 9, UVA School of Law is hosting a symposium that will explore whether the United States should recognize a federal right to education and what that would look like.
Participants will discuss topics addressed in UVA Law professor Kimberly Jenkins Robinson’s new book, Fundamental Questions for Our Democracy Regarding a Federal Right to Education. The event will also feature opening remarks from UVA Law dean Risa L. Goluboff, and Martha L. Minow of Harvard Law School will serve as a moderator.
