James Forman Jr. and Catharine MacKinnon Elected to APS

The American Philosophical Society (APS) has announced that James Forman Jr. of Yale Law School and Catharine A. MacKinnon of University of Michigan Law School have been elected to its 2023 new member class.

APS was founded in 1743 by Benjamin Franklin and is the oldest learned society in the United States. Its membership includes scholars across various academic backgrounds, honoring extraordinary accomplishments in all fields.
