David Clark Receives MS Bar’s Distinguished Service Award
David W. Clark of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings has received the Mississippi Bar’s Distinguished Service Award for 2017. The award recognizes individuals for their outstanding achievement and/or a significant contribution to the legal community.
Mr. Clark has been named a Legal Reform Champion by the American Tort Reform Association for his leadership in civil justice reform. He has also worked to improve access for clients to the justice system through his leadership roles with the Mississippi State Bar, which he served as chair for the Litigation and General Practice Section, and the ABA.
