A. Benjamin Spencer Co-Authors Work on “Federal Practice and Procedure”

Co-authored for the first time by UVA School of Law Professor A. Benjamin Spencer, (an updated version of) Volume 5A of Wright & Miller’s “Federal Practice and Procedure” was published this November. Over the past few years, Professor Spencer has contributed to updating the rules covered in Volumes 5, 5A, 5B and 5C, for the massively cited, multivolume reference book series.
Created and authored by the late Charles Alan Wright, ALI President from 1993 to 2000, and first published in 1969, this treatise includes contributions from the following ALI members:
