Professor Jennejohn is currently the Marion & Rulon Earl Professor of Law at BYU Law School and has held positions at Johns Hopkins University's Applied Physics Lab, the Office of Strategic Capital of the U.S. Department of Defense, and Shearman & Sterling LLP's New York office. He clerked for Vice Chancellor Leo Strine of the Delaware Court of Chancery and is a graduate of Columbia Law School. His research focuses on the intersection of private law institutions, such as contract and corporate law, and economic growth.
