Stephen Henderson is the Judge Haskell A. Holloman Professor of Law at the University of Oklahoma where, among other honors, he has twice been voted Outstanding Professor. He served as Reporter for the ABA Criminal Justice Standards on Law Enforcement Access to Third Party Records, he is the coeditor of The Cambridge Handbook of Surveillance Law, he is the author of over fifty writings including three textbooks and dozens of scholarly articles, and he maintains several online resources relied upon by hundreds of colleagues. He obtained a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Davis, where he earned highest honors and the College of Engineering Medal for most outstanding graduating student, a background that motivates his contemporary interest in quantum computing and strong AI.
