Sandra A. Jeskie

Sandra A. Jeskie is an attorney, arbitrator, mediator, Special Master/Judge Pro Tempore to the courts, handling a variety of commercial disputes and counseling with emphasis on technology, data, software, privacy and information security.  Due to her background as a computer scientist and graduate degree in business, she is recognized and respected for her deep knowledge of law, business  and technology and her ability to digest complex business and technical details to provide her clients with practical business advice or simplify complex matters for the court.

She served as trial counsel in complex matters, served as President of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), taught as adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law, chaired the Business Law section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and is a team lead for Duane Morris LLP’s Technology Media and Telecom industry group. 

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, listed on the Roster of Neutrals for the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR).  She has also been recognized by the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) as one of the world’s leading technology arbitrators and mediators on their “Tech List.”  Ms. Jeskie is also co-author of chapters in the acclaimed treatise Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts and has taught at nearly a hundred professional education conferences in numerous cities around the United States and in fourteen countries in Europe, Asia and South America. Law360 listed her as "Best-of-the-Best Attorneys" and "Cream of the Crop Litigators”.  She is also recognized in the International Who's Who of Internet and e-Commerce Lawyers and listed by Best Lawyers in the areas of privacy and data security law.

Ms. Jeskie serves on the governing board of Duane Morris and chairs the firm’s Women’s Impact Network for Success (WINS).  Admitted to the bars of California, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Jeskie splits her time between Philadelphia and San Diego.
