Jamal Greene is Vice Dean and Professor of Law at Columbia Law School. His courses and current research focus on constitutional law, constitutional theory, first amendment, comparative constitutional law, federal courts, and legal theory workshop.
Professor Greene previously clerked for Judge Guido Calabresi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (2005-2006) and for Justice John Paul Stevens of the Supreme Court of the United States (2006-2007). He was also the Alexander Fellow of New York University School of Law (2007-2008), and joined the Columbia faculty in 2008.
