S. Albert Wang

S. Albert Wang is Of Counsel with Halpern May Ybarra Gelberg LLP. Mr. Wang focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He has represented a wide variety of clients, from major manufacturing, energy, and pharmaceutical companies to tech companies and financial institutions. His extensive civil litigation experience spans federal antitrust claims to state contract and tort disputes, and covers all phases of litigation – including trying cases to verdict as well as appellate work.

Mr. Wang is a graduate of the Yale Law School, where he was a Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal and an Executive Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation.
