Michele C. Kane

Michele C. Kane retired at the end of June 2023. Prior to her retirement, she held the position of Associate General Counsel of The Walt Disney Company, where she led the company’s Technology Legal Group, which is responsible for technology and telecommunications law, information security, and managed services matters for the Company and its subsidiaries worldwide. 

Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, she was in private practice in Los Angeles with the firm of Hufstedler, Kaus & and Beardsley. Before law school, she served as Acting Director of the Illinois Department of Finance.
