The Hon. Anthony J. Scirica

Anthony J. Scirica is a senior judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and served as Chief Judge from 2004 to 2011. He also served as Chair of the U.S. Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure. Previously he served on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a member of the Multi District Litigation Panel. He is a Senior Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
