Steve Lehotsky is founding parter of Lehotsky Keller LLP, a national litigation boutique with offices in Washington, D.C. and Austin, TX. 

From 2013-2021, Mr. Lehotsky worked at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world's largest business federation, where he was executive vice president and chief litigation counsel for the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center, the litigation arm of the U.S. Chamber . Mr. Lehotsky has extensive government and private sector experience, with a particular focus on regulatory litigation.

Before joining the Chamber, Mr. Lehotsky practiced law with the international law firm WilmerHale. His practice focused on litigation and counseling for corporations in the aerospace, defense, pharmaceutical, financial services, telecommunications, and agricultural sectors.

Mr. Lehotsky also served as an attorney-adviser in the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he advised Executive Branch  officers on a wide range of constitutional, statutory interpretation, and regulatory issues in the areas of cyber security, immigration reform, financial regulation, environmental regulation, economic sanctions, and national security.

He was a law clerk to the Hon. Antonin Scalia, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, and the Hon. Douglas H. Ginsburg, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
