Kenneth Ross is a former partner and now Of Counsel with Bowman and Brooke LLP. Ken is a former in-house lawyer at Westinghouse Electric and Emerson Electric and has practiced in the areas of product safety, regulatory compliance and product liability prevention for over 30 years. He provides legal advice on safety management, design, warnings, instructions, post-sale duties including recalls and reporting to the CPSC, NHTSA and FDA, document management, marketing and advertising, contracts and regulatory compliance.
