Cabrera

Ivonne Cabrera is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Dover Corporation, a diversified multinational manufacturing company with annual revenues of approximately $8 billion and a current equity market capitalization of more than $11 billion.

In her role as GC, she oversees the company’s global legal affairs and also advises the Board and management on corporate governance.

Prior to becoming GC of Dover, Ms. Cabrera held other in-house positions at Dover and, before that, at Bristol-Myers Squibb. She had also been a litigation associate at several law firms, joining Rosenman & Colin immediately after graduating from law school.
