Ruben Garcia on ‘Critical Wage Theory’
Brooklyn Law School will host a panel titled Work Law as Privatized Public Law Series: On Critical Wage Theory. Using his forthcoming book, Critical Wage Theory, Ruben J. Garcia of UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law will engage with panelists in a discussion on current workplace organization efforts and the future of public and private tensions is work law.
