Paul Clement Makes 100th Oral Argument Before SCOTUS

On Feb. 24, Paul D. Clement of Kirkland & Ellis took part in oral arguments at the U.S. Supreme Court for the 100th time.
At the end of oral arguments in the case–U.S. Forest Service et al. v. Cowpasture River Preservation Association, et al.–Chief Justice of the United States John G. Roberts Jr. took a moment to congratulate Mr. Clement on reaching a “rare milestone.”
Mr. Clement argued his 101st case on Mar. 3 in Seila Law v. CFPB.
