Melissa Jacoby and Samir Parikh Speak at U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing
During a U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary hearing on mass tort bankruptcies and the potential need for legislative intervention, where the committee was looking into Johnson & Johnson’s failed divisive merger bankruptcy plan, ALI members Melissa B. Jacoby of University of North Carolina School of Law and Samir D. Parikh of Lewis & Clark Law School appeared as witnesses and provided testimony.
