Maury B. Poscover of Husch Blackwell (retired) has been elected president of the American Bar Association (ABA) Retirement Fund Program Board. The program is an ABA- member benefit, delivering high-quality, low-cost retirements plans to the legal community.
“The program encompasses over 4,000 law firm plans, approximately 37,000 individual participants, and manages over $6.6 billion in retirement funds,” Poscover said in the announcement. “Our brand mantra is ‘Designed by Lawyers, Powered by Professionals.’”
Poscover had a 50-year career at Husch Blackwell before his retirement in 2019. He has previously chaired the ABA Business Law Section and served on the ABA Board of Governors and the ABA Standing Committee on Federal Judiciary.
