Eleanor Fox Awarded Lifetime Achievement Award
NYU School of Law professor Eleanor Fox was honored with the Antitrust Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of American Law Schools (AALS). The award was given after the conference, “Antitrust in Developing Countries: Competition Policy in a Politicized World,” Sponsored by Concurrences, a peer-reviewed antitrust journal published by the Institute of Competition Law.
Professor Fox also delivered the conference’s introductory remarks and moderated the panel “Impact of the New Nationalism on Competition and Economic Development in Developing Countries,” which examined the effects of resurgent nationalism in emerging economies.
