Anthony DiLeo on Arbitration
Anthony M. DiLeo has co-authored “Taking a Schein to Arbitration,” featured in the Louisiana Bar Journal. The article discusses Henry Schein, Inc. v. Archer and White Sales, Inc., a 2021 case denied certiorari by the U.S. Supreme Court.
DiLeo was recently appointed to the ADR Committee for a revision of arbitration statutes in Louisiana. He has previously taught American Arbitration Law at Tulane Law School and frequently serves as a commercial arbitrator throughout the United States.
