The American Law Institute (ALI), the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize and improve the law, today announced the names of 64 newly-elected members.
“It is a great pleasure to welcome these distinguished and accomplished individuals to the American Law Institute,” said ALI President Roberta Cooper Ramo. “Since its founding more than 85 years ago, the Institute and its membership have been dedicated to clarifying and improving the law. The serious problems that our country now faces have made the work of law reform at the highest levels ever more important.
