ALI Council member Amelia H. Boss of Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law has received the Homer Kripke Award. The award, given by the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL), is given to individuals who have changed the course of commercial finance law and practice.
Trustee Professor Boss will be presented with the award during the ACCFL’s annual meeting on April 9.
Trustee Professor Boss currently serves as an Adviser to the Restatement of the Law, Consumer Contracts project, and is a Members Consultative Group participant on several ALI projects, including the Restatement of the Law Fourth, Foreign Relations Law of the United States, portions of which will be presented to membership for vote during this year’s Annual Meeting.
