The 20th Annual Indigenous Law Conference

On November 9 and 10, the Indigenous Law and Policy Center and Tribal In-House Counsel Association hosted the 20th Annual Indigenous Law Conference at Michigan State University College of Law. The conference’s main goal is to provide useful information for Tribal In-House Counsel.

Topics discussed include “Collective Energy & Wisdom: We are Our Own Best Resource,” “Decisions, Decisions Part I: The 2022 Term,” and more. Among the speakers were several ALI members:

  • Matthew L.M. Fletcher of University of Michigan Law School, Reporter for Restatement of the Law, The Law of American Indians
  • Linda Sheryl Greene of MSU College of Law
  • Doreen Nanibaa McPaul
