D. Arthur Kelsey is a Justice on the Supreme Court of Virginia. He previously served as a Judge on the Virginia Court of Appeals, as a trial court judge in the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Virginia and, before that, as a litigation partner with Hunton & Williams.
