Richard J.R. Raleigh, Jr. is a Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, where he focuses his practice in the areas of government contracts law, trade secret and non-compete litigation, labor and employment litigation, and other business litigation.

He is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association; is a Past-President of the Alabama State Bar (2014-2015); is a member of the National Conference of Bar Presidents; serves as a Delegate on the American Bar Association House of Delegates; is a member of the Alabama Supreme Court Standing Committee on Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure; and is a member of the Alabama Judicial Compensation Commission.

Mr. Raleigh also serves as a member of Executive Council of the University of Alabama School of Law Foundation Board of Directors, is a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and is a member of the Huntsville Rotary Club.

Mr. Raleigh previously served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, Active Duty, 1995-2000; Reserves, 2000-2005.
