Carlton Wayne Reeves is a United States district judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. He was previously an attorney in Jackson, Mississippi. He graduated magna cum laude from Jackson State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts. Reeves then earned his Juris Doctor from University of Virginia School of Law in 1989.
