Health and Safety Policy

You are welcome, but not required, to wear a mask at the Annual Meeting and related events.

If you test positive for, have symptoms of, or were exposed to COVID-19, follow CDC guidance on isolation, masking, and testing: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/isolation.html.

We will update this website and notify registrants if this policy changes.

Note: The Ritz-Carlton’s ventilation system supplies 18,850 CFM of air to the Ballroom (where the main meeting is held) and exchanges air 4.5 times per hour. The Ritz-Carlton uses MERV 14 filters in all ventilation systems throughout the hotel, including the meeting space.
