William Henning Appointed to Work Group on Blockchain Matters

William H. Henning of Texas A&M University School of Law has been appointed by Texas governor Greg Abbot to the newly formed Work Group on Blockchain Matters.
The group will develop a plan for the expansion of Texas’ blockchain industry as well as recommend state policies and investments in blockchain technology.
