Daniel Girard Leads Steering Committee in Data Breach MDL
Daniel Girard of Girard Gibbs LLP has been appointed lead counsel of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the U.S. OPM Data Security Breach litigation (MDL 2664), which is being heard in the District of the District of Columbia. Mr. Girard is the lead attorney for the American Federation of Government Employees, the largest federal employee union.
Mr. Girard is a Members Consultative Group participant for the Principles of the Law, Data Privacy project, as well as the Restatement of the Law, U.S. Law of International Commercial Arbitration project.
