Michelle Earley is a partner at Locke Lord. She handles a wide range of corporate and securities work for public and private companies, including master limited partnerships. Michelle has extensive experience in merger, acquisition, and disposition transactions, securities regulation matters and securities offerings, including representing purchasers and sellers of publicly-traded and privately-held companies, representing issuers and selling shareholders in connection with the public offering and private placement of debt and equity securities, tender offers, exchange offers and advising management and boards of directors on general corporate governance matters. Michelle is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee, serves as the Hiring Partner of the Austin office, and is a member of the Firm's Practice Development Committee, Women's Initiative Committee and Diversity Committee. Michelle is also very involved in community and legal efforts in the Austin area.
