Mr. Manitsky is a Partner at Lynn, Lynn, Blackman & Manitsky. He represents clients in state and federal courts in Vermont in a wide variety of complex civil matters, including breach of contract, business torts, employment litigation, professional malpractice, personal injury, family law, product liability, and intellectual property. He is the Chair of the Vermont Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section, and litigates and provides counseling on trademark, unfair competition, copyright, trade secrets, and domain name disputes.
Mr. Manitsky has given seminars on trademark infringement, copyright law, legal ethics, and mediation techniques. He is a Professional Responsibility Board hearing panel member, and a member of the Early Neutral Evaluation (Mediation) Panel and the Civil Jury Instructions Committee for the United States District Court for the District of Vermont.
