Adam F. Scales is a Professor at Rutgers School of Law – Camden. He serves as an Adviser on the Restatement of the Law, Liability Insurance project.
Prior to joining the law school, Professor Scales was an Assistant Professor of Law (1997-2003) and later an Associate Professor of Law (2003-2011) at Washington and Lee University. Before that, he clerked for Judge Robert G. Renner, Senior U.S. District Judge for the District of Minnesota (1996-97), and for Judge Michael J. Davis and Judge David S. Doty, U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota (1996).
