Michael Cooke

Michael Cooke has serived as the General Counsel for the Board of Ethics of the City of Philadelphia since April of 2019. Prior to serving as General Counsel, Mr. Cooke was the Board's Director of Enforcement, starting in that poistion in 2008. Mr. Cooke was formerly an associate at the Philadelphia firm Burke O’Neil LLC and a Staff Attorney at the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project. Mr. Cooke received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2002 and his B.A. from Sewanee in 1996.
