Gregory G. Lavorgna is a partner of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, with 30 years’ experience in intellectual property law. Greg litigates intellectual property disputes, and assists clients in protecting, enforcing, and capitalizing on their intellectual property assets. He advises clients on issues of patentability, patent infringement and patent validity; trademark availability, registrability and infringement; copyright registration and infringement; trade secret protection and employee agreements; and licensing. His clients range from individual inventors and startup entrepreneurial ventures to major corporations, involving a wide range of technologies.

Greg is author or co-author of several publications. He has also participated as a speaker in intellectual property programs for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Temple University. Greg has taught intellectual property law at Temple University and was an adjunct faculty member at Eastern University, where he taught courses in business ethics.
