New WTO Publications Available
The WTO Case Law of 2006-2007 is now available from Cambridge University Press as a special issue of CUP’s World Trade Review.A softcover volume of the legal and economic analyses of case law for 2006-2007, fifth in a series of case-law studies, will also be published in May. The volume was edited by Henrik Horn, professor of international economics, who is a senior research fellow at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics in Stockholm, and Petros C. Mavroidis, Edwin B. Parker Professor of Foreign and Comparative Law at Columbia Law School and a professor of law at the University of Neuchatel in Switzerland. There are also plans to publish in May, in paperback, The Genesis of the GATT (hardcover, 2008), dealing with trade-law history. This book, the first in a series of background material on world trade law, was authored by Douglas A. Irwin of Dartmouth, Professor Mavroidis, and Alan O. Sykes of Stanford.
